      11th Annual Destination Safety and Wellness Conference: Pathways to Success

      The Great Plains Safety and Health Organization, Well Workplace Nebraska and EHA Wellness are hosting Pathways to Success, the 11th annual Destination Safety & Wellness Conference.

      The conference is being held at the Younes Conference Center, 416 W. Talmadge Rd, Kearney, on September 26.

      Registration begins at 7 a.m. with the opening session starting at 8 a.m. Breakout sessions will be offered from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. with a break at noon for lunch. The celebration begins at 4 p.m.

      Registration is $149 for members or $175 for non-members before August 30.

      Steve Rizzo, The Attitude Adjuster, is the keynote speaker. He's a motivational speaker who strives to get everyone in the audience to succeed at their full potential. He teaches methods for improving opportunities and provides skills to bring greater enthusiasm, increased productivity and optimal levels of success at work and in life.

      The wellness breakout sessions offered throughout the day will cover a variety of topics, from Wellness in Small Businesses to Fueling Up with Healthy Foods on a Budget. The safety breakout sessions will cover topics ranging from Peer Coaching Processes to How to Prevent Sprains and Strains Injuries/Illnesses in the Workplace.
