      Asian Blackened Chicken

      • 4 breast of chicken

      • Chinese 5 spice, 4 oz.

      • granulated garlic, 3 oz.

      • blackened seasoning, 3 oz.

      • 8 leaves Napa cabbage

      • spring mix

      • grape tomatoes

      • peanuts

      • 4 clementines, peeled and cubed

      • 6 green onions julienned

      • fresh ginger to taste

      • salt and pepper to taste


      To prepare chicken:


      Combine 5 spice, garlic, and blackened seasoning. Press breast into seasoning. Fry in 1" oil until fully cooked. In 1/8" hot oil saute elephant garlic, watercress, and ginger for about 3 minutes. Place atop mixed greens. Garnish with tomatoes, green onions, and clementines.


      To prepare dressing:



      • peanut sauce, 6 oz.

      • coconut milk, 3 oz.

      • sesame oil, 1/2 oz.-1 oz.

      • grape seed oil 2-3 oz.

      • red wine vinegar, 2 oz.


      Place ingredients in food processor and hit "Go." Process until smooth.
