Authorities Investigating What Caused Scottsbluff Man to Drive Car into Train
Authorities are investigating what happened to a Scottsbluff man who said he became disoriented before driving his vehicle into a moving train.
Gering police say 60-year-old Michael Green reported being dizzy and disoriented Tuesday morning before driving around gate arms at a train crossing and running into an empty coal car on a moving train.
Green was not injured, but was taken to a local hospital as a precaution. However, his pickup was damaged in the accident.
