      Brown Sugar Chicken and Rice

      • 6 boneless skinless breasts

      • 1 cup brown sugar

      • 1/4 cup sprite

      • 2/3 cup vinegar

      • 3 cloves garlic smashed and chopped

      • 2 tbs soy sauce

      • 1 tsp black pepper


      Crockpot: place chicken, sugar, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and soda. Cover and cook on low for 6-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
