Buffalo Chicken Casserole
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2.5lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (thawed & cubed)
- 5 c hash browns (thawed)
Thaw chicken and cut into cubes. Place in plastic bag & cover with wing sauce, put in fridge over night to marinate.
On medium heat, cook chicken until no longer pink. In large bowl mix all other ingredients except cheese.
Once chicken is cooked put in large bowl with other ingredients, mix well. Place ingredients in a 8x12" dish, top with cheese, bake in over 35-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let cook 10 minutes & serve.
