The Buffalo County Historical Society is hosting its 28th annual Wagon's West celebration on Saturday, June 29 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The event is being held at the Trails & Rails Museum in Kearney.
Admission for the event is free, but donations will be accepted.
The event will feature live music from Paul Seibert from 10 a.m. to noon, and the UNK Trombone Quintet will play from noon to 2 p.m.
There will also be demonstrations for rope making, blacksmithing, egg crate making, quilting, wood carving, as well as pioneer games, genealogy research, story time, face painting and a Lincoln Highway exhibit.
Food will be available in the concession area. A flea market will also be taking place from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on the west side of the museum, near the engine.
