- 2 gallons of water in large stockpot
- 2 racks of ribs divided in 3 sections
- 1 fluid oz. of Liquid Crab Boil
- 1 onion quarted
- 1 tomato quarted
- 2 oz. Liquid Smoke
- 6 toes garlic
Add crab oil, onion, tomato, liquid smoke, rack of ribs and garlic to water. Bring to boil. Cook over medium heat. Boil for about 1 hour or until meat is tender but not falling of bone. Remove to separate plate. Grill over coals to desired darkness while slathering with your favorite BBQ sauce.
