      Caramel Ice Cream with Fried Banana

      Tempura Batter



      • 1/2 c. flour

      • 1/2 c. water

      • 1/2 c. corn starch

      • 2 whole eggs

      • ice cream of choice

      • bananas


      Sauce



      • 1/2 c. honey

      • 2 tbs lime juice

      • sesame oil


      Directions:


      Heat sesame oil in pan on medium heat. Slice bananas and coat with tempura batter. Once oil is hot, fry for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.


      In a separate pan, over low heat, combine honey and lime juice until slightly thinned out.


      Place ice cream in bowl and top with fried bananas and honey sauce. Enjoy!
