Corn In A Cup


  • 10 ears or corn (or desired amount, frozen corn works as well)

  • lime

  • butter

  • shredded Parmesan cheese or Munster

  • Pico Limon or Tajin

  • salt

If using fresh corn, peel corn and cut corn off the cob and boil with 1 tsp of salt. Once it has started boiling, let boil for about 3 minutes. Take off burner. Get a cup, of desired size, and scoop corn to fill 3/4 of cup. Put about 1 tbs of butter, parmesan or Munster cheese of desired taste, and squeeze half of a lime. Scoop more corn into cup to fill it then top it off with more cheese and Tajin or Pico Limon, you may add more lime if desired and enjoy!
