A drunk driving arrest in Grand Island resulted in a whole lot more, as a Lincoln man was booked for kidnapping and bribery.

The mother of a six-year-old says Arturo Delacerda, 48, took off.

The witness says not only was Delacerda driving drunk, but was doing so with her daughter in the car.

Police were there was the suspect returned to the home.

They say Delacerda offered them money not to arrest him.

Not only did they take him in jail, they accuse him of kidnapping, since he didn't have the mother's permission to take the girl.
