      • 1 cup water

      • 3/4 stick butter

      • 1 Tbsp sugar

      • 1/2 tsp salt

      • 5 3/4 oz. flour

      • 4 eggs



      Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

      Combine water, butter salt and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil. Add flour.

      Stir until dough balls up around spoon and away from sides of pot. Cool briefly.

      Place dough in mixer and add one egg at a time, making sure each egg is totally incorporated before adding another.

      Pipe and bake, about 12-15 minutes.
