Ford has issued a recall on more than 750,000 vehicles because of two problems.

The recalls cover vehicles from the 2013 and 2014 model years of Escape small SUV's and C-Max gas-electric hybrids.

The first problem is a software glitch that stops the side curtain air bags from inflating in certain types of rollover crashes. The second case covers a problem with the exterior door handles. The handles can bind and that stops the door from latching properly. If the doors don't latch properly they could open while the SUV’s are in motion.

The company says it has no reports of crashes or injuries.
