Spring iscoming and many are anxious to get outside and maybe plant a garden.
Gardening has so many benefits, both physically and mentally.
Research show that gardening is good for our bodies as it involves gentlebending, lifting, and twisting, all of which contribute to our flexibility and balanceand strength.
In addition, focusing on our plants and caring forthem require our full attention and that helps us relax, forget our dailyworries and cares, and helps quiet our minds. Growing things alsorequired us to care about our plants, to nurture them and that's very good forour spirit, it helps us feel creative.
