Gresham Man Gets Prison After Probation for Stolen Gas Card is Revoked

A 29-year-old Gresham man convicted of stealing a gas credit card last year is now heading to prison after having his probation revoked.

Joseph Stoll was given 15 to 30 months behind bars earlier this week. Prosecutors say he hasn't abided by the terms of his probation.

Stoll was initially sentenced to three years of probation after pleading no contest to unauthorized use of a financial transaction device. Prosecutors said Stoll and others had used a gas credit card stolen from United Farmers Cooperative.
