      Harvest Ahead of Schedule

      Harvest is about 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule because of this year's historic drought. Although Nebraska is suffering from the worst drought in half a century, the state still managed to grow the eighth largest corn crop of all time, according to the Nebraska Corn Board.
