Hastings Man Arrested for Shots Fired in Burger King Parking Lot
Authorities say a Hastings man was arrested over the weekend after firing shots in a Burger King parking lot.
Clinton Mohlman, 32, was arrested Sunday evening after police identified the shooting suspect's car at an accident scene.
Hastings police responded to a call of shots fired at the Burger King on the corner of Burlington and 14th Street around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. The suspect had fled, but officers were able to get a description of the vehicle.
Later that evening, the vehicle was involved in a crash at 5th and Briggs streets, where officers found Mohlman.
Mohlman was arrested on charges of terroristic threats, use of a firearm to commit a felony, disturbing the peace, as well as driving while intoxicated.
