Hershey Man Pleads Not Guilty to Charges in Fatal Accident
A 24-year-old Hershey man charged in the accident that killed a woman in an accident near Sutherland in January has pleaded not guilty.
Micah Koch pleaded not guilty to charges of vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated on Monday in Lincoln County District Court.
Authorities say Koch was drunk when he crashed his pickup. Police investigating the accident said the truck hit an embankment and landed in a roadside ditch.
The crash killed 24-year-old Korey Huebner who was a passenger in the truck. Koch and another passenger, 28-year-old Jay Shotkoski were also injured.
Koch was ordered Monday to wear an electronic monitor on his ankle. His next court appearance is July 15th.
