Starting in July 2014the USDA will require that all food sold in schools participating in the NationalSchool Lunch Program meets healthy snack requirements.
The USDA has saidit's trying to fight childhood obesity and related health problems. However,their standards on school lunches have been criticized as being too strict andresulting in meals that kids won't eat.
