A Kearney woman will go to jail for a short stay after being caught placing bets while working at a keno retailer.
Robyn Morrison was placing bets while working and extending her line of credit to over $52,000. She was placing bets without putting money in the drawer and there was no lost keno revenue.
Morrison was also fine $500 and ordered to 100 hours of community service. In addition, she was given 70 days in jail, but 60 of those days can be served incrementally at the discretion of her probation officer.
