Lincoln Man Arrested in Kearney Parking Lot on Child Sexual Assault Charge

Glen Ogden

A 52-year-old Lincoln man has been charged with attempted sexual assault of a child following an investigation by the Nebraska State Patrol.

Kearney police and the Buffalo County Attorney worked with NSP investigators to arrest Glen Ogden in the parking lot of a Kearney fast food restaurant on Saturday, Feb. 8.

The state patrol says Ogden shared child pornography with a NSP investigator posing as an adult female during the two-week investigation. During that time, authorities say Ogden also arranged a meeting to have sex with her underage child.

Ogden was arrested during an arranged meeting with the undercover investigator, according to the Nebraska State Patrol.

The investigation continues. Investigators have taken computers and other electronic devices from Ogden's Lincoln home.

Authorities say Ogden could face additional charges.
