Lincoln Man Sentenced for His Role in Child Prostitution Ring

      Shad Chandler

A 41-year-old Lincoln man has been sentenced in a Buffalo County child prostitution case after changing his plea to 'guilty.'

Shad Chandler was sentenced to 15-45 years in prison in Lancaster County. He will also be required to register as a sex offender following his release.

Chandler was arrested last April at his home after paying 35-year-old Michelle Randall, of Upland, to have sex with her 14-year-old daughter.

Police say Randall placed a personal ad on the website Craigslist offering female companionship in the Kearney area, then offered the sexual services of her teen daughter to an undercover officer posing as a man answering the ad.

Randall was convicted of nine felony counts last November, including five counts of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct by a minor, two counts of human trafficking and two counts of child abuse.
