- 11/2 cups cream
- 2 oz. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic (chopped)
- 2-3 oz. parmesan cheese
- 2-3 oz. cheddar cheese
- Handful cooked pasta
Heat butter and cream in large saute pan. Add salt and pepper and garlic. Bring to boil.
Add cheese and lower heat. When cheese is melted add the pasta. Toss pasta until coated in cheese.
