Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan with GasBuddy.com says there isn't likely to be much relief at the pump in sight.
"The national average has ticked higher in the lastweek, as rising oil prices have put upward pressure on gasoline prices,"said DeHaan. "Unfortunatelyfor angry motorists, there doesn't seem to be much relief in sight, at leastfor the time being, as retail prices continue to climb in virtually all areasof the country."
