LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -- The Nebraska Attorney General's Office says Nebraskans may be eligible to receive cash from a settlement if they purchased Fitflop footwear in the last seven years.
The consumer alert says Nebraskans who purchased FitFlop footwear between Jan. 1, 2007, and Jan. 8 of this year have until June 27 to submit claim forms at Fitflopsettlement.com.
The amount received by consumers will vary based on a number of factors, including shoe model. The total settlement amount is $5.3 million.
No proof of purchase is necessary for claims of two or fewer pairs of FitFlops. If a consumer requests an award for more than two pairs, proof of purchase is necessary for each pair.
