Odessa Strip Club Owner Found Guilty of Gun Threats, Evidence Tampering

William Sheldon

A former central Nebraska strip club owner faces up to 60 years in prison after a Buffalo County jury convicted him on multiple charges.

William "Will" Sheldon, 43, was found guilty of using a weapon to commit a felony, tampering with evidence and terroristic threats during the trial that began Monday.

Prosecutors say that on June 3 last year, Sheldon pointed a handgun and threatened two brothers during a fight outside Jammers, a strip club he owned and operated.

The club is located near the Odessa interchange on Interstate 80 west of Kearney.

Prosecutors also say Sheldon tampered with video surveillance equipment at the club after the incident.

Sentencing has been set for October.
