• 3 eggs

  • 3 oz. 2 percent milk

  • vegetable of choice

  • protein of choice

  • cheese of choice

  • salt and pepper

  • 2 oz. butter

French Omelette

Heat butter (clarified in medium size saute pan on medium. When butter just starts to smoke, add eggs. Cook 1-2 minutes. When egg is almost finished, add salt and pepper, any vegetable, cheese, and protein. Fold egg over, slide out onto plate and enjoy!

Greek Omelette

Add butter to medium size saute pan on medium heat. Add various items such as vegetable and meat. Cool about 2 minutes. Add egg. Cook 1-2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Flip! Cook 10 seconds, add cheese. Fold in half. Slide onto plate and enjoy!
