Tis the season for giving, but one man is an especially good role model of that message.
"I was just thinking a couple days ago that I was going to be here by myself over Christmas so maybe I can make myself Christmas dinner, then that got me thinking that there's probably other people around that don't have a place to go so I might as well have them over," said Brady Cone.
With over 500 Facebook likes and countless comments, Cone was speechless.
"I was totally blown away by just people's reactions," said Cone.
That is what brought people like Nicole Malard over to spend her Christmas at Cone's home. "I was going through my Facebook and saw the post on Kearney Exchange," said Malard.
She couldn't afford to go home for Christmas this year and is thankful for friends like Cone to serve this special meal.
Cone says he might make this a tradition for years to come.
