Pleas Entered in Memorial Field Vandalism Case
Two Nebraska men involved in the vandalism of MemorialField last November were in court Monday morning.
Noah Keller and Christopher Stover made their pleas,Keller pleaded no contest and Stover pleaded guilty.
In exchange for their pleas, the state has reduced theircriminal mischief charge from a Class-4 Felony to a Class-1 Misdemeanor. Theyare also ordered to pay restitution of $34,333, one third of the total damageat Memorial Field.
Sentencing will take place July 26 facing up to one yearprison and up to a $1,000 fine.
