      Pleasanton School District to Vote on $9 Million Bond

      Central Nebraska voters in Pleasanton will decide whether toapprove a school bond issue costing nearly $9 million next month.

      The district says its current buildings were both builtbefore 1960 and lack air conditioning, efficient heat and large enough classrooms.

      If approved the money would be used to demolish part of theschool, build additions and remodel classrooms.
