Pot Brownies Discovered at Lexington High School

Brownies containing marijuana were found at Lexington High School on Tuesday.

Lexington Public Schools Superintendent Jake Hakonson has confirmed that at least one student was caught with the brownies, but says he can't provide any more details due to confidentiality laws.

Hakonson says LPS has policies that prohibit the possession or use of illegal drugs on school property, and he says those policies have been followed. He adds that the matter has been referred to law enforcement.
