- 6 cups ice, crushed
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 2 cups champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp white rum (optional)
- slivered orange for garnish
Combine ice, simple syrup, champagne, wine, orange juice and lemon
juice in a blender. Spoon mixture into individual dessert cups and
drizzle with optional rum.
Garnish with orange sliver and enjoy!
