A resentencing has been scheduled for an inmate whokilled his 12–year–old sister when he was 14.

The hearing for Sydney Thieszen is scheduled for June 9.

Thieszen was convicted of murder in 1988 for killing hissister, Sacha, at their home near Henderson.
