Richardson Trial Moved From G.I. to Protect Fairness of Outcome
In the interest of justice a judge has agreed to move a high profile trial from Grand Island to Lincoln.
Abraham Richardson will now stand trial the last week of April.
Since the alleged crime involves a young girl taken from her apartment and sexually assaulted many in the area have strong feelings about the outcome they'd like to see.
Richardson's defense attorney says it needs to be moved in the interest of fairness for the process.
