Shrimp Tostadas


  • 1 pkg of cooked shrimp, small dice

  • 3 celery stalks, thinly diced

  • 10 radish bulbs, thinly diced

  • 1/3 of white onion, thinly diced

  • small bunch of cilantro, thinly diced

  • 5 Roma tomatoes, thinly diced

  • 5 avocados, shelled and diced

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced

  • juice of 2 limes

  • salt to taste

  • tostadas

  • salsa Valentina

  • JalapeƱo peppers (optional)

Thaw shrimp, dice and marinate in lime juice and set aside. Thinly dice all vegetables and mix. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix. Add salt to taste and put some on a tostada, top it off with salsa Valentina. Enjoy.
