- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 5 oz. spinach, frozen, drained
- 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 slices center cut bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup skim milk
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- parsley, to taste
- basil, to taste
- paprika, to taste
- chili powder, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove pie crust from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature 15-20 minutes.
Spray 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray and press pie crust into pan.
Whisk eggs and egg whites together. Add milk and seasonings and whisk. Pour into pie crust.
Add spinach, evenly distributing throughout. Repeat with cheese. Sprinkle with bacon pieces.
Bake 30-45 minutes, or until browned and toothpick or knife inserted in center comes out clean.
