2 cooked steaks 12 oz (your choice...I had ribeyes available this time around) 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp cilantro 1 green pepper 1onion 1 red or orange pepper
Slice the steaks into thin strips and add to frying pan with a Tbs or 2 of olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced veggies and spices. Saute until meat is heated through and veggies are tender crisp. (just about 10 minutes) Serve in tortillas! We also add refried beans and shredded cheese for variety! Enjoy!
