Law-makers are advancing a bill aimedto attract more wind-energy companies.
The bill won first-round approval in aunanimous vote. Law-makers added that at least 25 percent of the revenue fromcompanies' power-purchase agreements would have to go to Nebraska based ownersor a local community.
It was the second wind-energy measureadvanced within the last week.
The other bill is aimed at larger wind farms that couldexport energy to other states.
