GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (AP) -- Health professionals who specialize in ear, nose and throat issues are making themselves available for questions at Husker Harvest Days in Grand Island.

The University of Nebraska Medical Center will have its health experts at a booth on Sept. 12 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors can also register to win one of two iPad mini computers. The booth will be staffed by three physicians, a physician assistant and a nurse.

Dr. Dwight Jones, a university department chairman, says some of the most common ailments for rural residents are chronic sinus disease and late summer and fall allergies.
