Vote For New High School in Minden Ends Tuesday
Minden will know Tuesday night if they will be getting a new high school. Residents have less than 24 hours to send in their mail-in ballots.
The current Minden high school was built in the mid-1930s and has been deemed outdated by supporters of a nearly $26 million bond issue.
The school has problems with wiring, heating and plumbing. Officials say students also must eat lunch at the middle school and attend some classes there as well.
