      Water Recedes But Flood Concerns Remain

      Flooding on the Platte River south ofGrand Island has receded since Saturday, but the river is not yet back in itsbank.

      Hall County Emergency Management saidwater went down about four to five inches between Saturday and Sunday.

      That dried up flooding in the Arby'sparking lot just south of the Highway 281 and Interstate 80 interchange.

      But, officials said the ice jamscausing this flooding can be unpredictable. They urge residents to stay aware.

      Hall County remains in a Flood Advisoryuntil Monday at 9:00 p.m.
