The role of women in agriculture is evolving and the world is beginning to take notice.
For generations, women have been playing a big role in agriculture, and the popularity for Ag workshops catered towards women continues to grow.
"You have a tendency to think when you're farming and ranching that you're the only one with these problems. Or you're the only one who has certain things going on. And when you come to things like this you find out that you aren't and you find out people have dealt with something or have done something already," says long time member Terry Jo Bek.
The Women in Agriculture organization holds many different workshops throughout the year based on what women in the area feel is most helpful to them.
