Yoga Challenge: Ashtanga-Based Yoga

Ashtanga-based Yoga (the first two A's are short, the last one long)
21-day yoga challenge in Kearney and Loup City beginning January
14- February 3, 2013
The challenge includes a 30 minute practice every day for 21 days. I will teach Monday through Friday, on Saturday the students will practice on their own, and Sunday is a day of rest.
Two reasons for 21 days is that research suggests that it takes 21-days to begin a new habit and 21 consecutive days of yoga offers the daily practice that is essential in feeling the benefits of yoga quickly.

Kearney 21 day Yoga Challenge
January 14- February 1, 2013 5:30-6:30 P.M. I will teach Mon-Friday. On Saturday, you practice on your own. Rest on Sunday.
Loup City 21 day Yoga Challenge
January 14- February 1, 2013 6:30 a.m - 7:00 a.m. I will teach
Mon-Friday. On Saturday, you practice on your own. Rest on Sunday.

Ashtanga-based Vinyasa Flow Class M-W 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
