Leadership Tomorrow is hosting their third annual leadership summit on Thursday, October 19th at College Park from 1 to 5 p.m. The focus of this year’s summit is on leading those who see the world differently than you do to help build collaborative teams in the workplace and beyond. Diversity comes in a lot of different forms and can create some unique situations in the workplace. Tickets are $79 and can be purchased online at www.leadershiptomorrow.com

Kelly McDonald will keynote the event. She is a marketing and advertising specialist and is considered one of the nation’s top experts in consumer trends, generational differences and leveraging the customer experience. Her bestselling book “How to Work With and Lead People Not Like You” will be given to all participants.

In addition to hearing from Kelly, participants will be able to choose from eight breakout sessions focused on different diversity issues. Breakout sessions include:

At 8:30 a.m. on October 19th, Kelly will address area high school juniors on how to get a job, keep a job, and avoid things that will derail your career at a young age. She will speak at Grand Island Senior High. All high school juniors in Hall County are invited.
