Bacon Wrapped Eggs
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped herbs
Cook bacon on medium heat until brown, but not crispy. Set aside to drain and cool. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then line muffin tin with bacon slices and put small bacon chucks on the bottom. Crack an egg into each cup and season with salt and pepper. Top with cheese and herbs of your choice and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Use a nonstick cooking spray before lining muffin tin.
- Be creative with cheese and herb combos.
