      Bananas Frangelico

      Ingredients:

      • 4 ripe sliced bananas
      • 4 tablespoons oleo
      • 1 cup brown sugar
      • 1/4 cup Frangelico (Hazelnut Liqueur)
      • Vanilla ice cream

      Melt oleo over medium heat. Add brown sugar, stir and cook the mixture until dissolved (about 2 minutes).

      Add bananas, stir and turn the bananas until they soften and brown.

      Add the liqueur, continue to cook (about 3 minutes).

      Serve over vanilla ice cream.


      *Provides about 8 servings.
