Berry and Wine Sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
to 3/4 cup raspberry wine
the above ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil until clear. Cool
and add over your favorite dessert (great for cheesecake, angel food or ice cream).
with different fruits when they are in season to go with different
wines. Peaches, plums and blueberries are also great together with a
blush wine or white wine.
