      Chicken and Spinach Aioli Wrap

      • 1/2 cup fresh spinach (plus extra for the wrap)

      • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley

      • 2-3 green onions or 1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped

      • 1 clove garlic, chopped

      • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

      • 1/2 cup sour cream

      • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

      • 1 tsp lemon zest

      • salt, to taste

      • pepper, to taste

      • 4-5 oz. cooked chicken breasts, small diced or shredded

      • 4 large tortillas/wraps


      Place all ingredients in food processor until mixture is smooth.

      Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl. Add chicken and combine well.

      Place chicken mixture and extra spinach into tortilla and roll, folding in ends as you go.
