- 1 chicken breast seared
- 1 cup cook pasta
- Blanch broccoli
- Hard apple cider or apple juice
- Parmesan cheese
Sear chicken in pan. Set to the side.
Add 1 tbsp butter to pan and deglaze with cider ale or juice. Dust pan with 1 tbsp flour. Slowly add milk until sauce is slightly thin and add Parmesan cheese until desired thickness is achieved.
Add broccoli and noodles.
Plate and place sliced seared chicken on top.
