Crock-Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion,
- 6 slices of
- 8 oz. cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 oz.
- 32 oz. frozen hash browns (or 6 potatoes peeled and cubed and par boiled)
- 32 oz. chicken broth
Brown hamburger and onion.
Cook bacon and crumble.
Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on
high for 4 hours to 5 hours stirring occasionally.
Possible garnishes are
French Fried Onions, crumbled bacon, grated cheese, croutons etc.
