      Crock-Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

      Ingredients



      • 1 lb. ground beef

      • 1 small onion,
        chopped

      • 6 slices of
        bacon

      • 8 oz. cream
        cheese, cubed

      • 1/2 cup milk

      • 12 oz.
        Velveeta, cubed

      • 32 oz. frozen hash browns (or 6 potatoes peeled and cubed and par boiled)

      • 32 oz. chicken broth
        stock


      Brown hamburger and onion.
      Cook bacon and crumble.


      Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on
      high for 4 hours to 5 hours stirring occasionally.


      Possible garnishes are
      French Fried Onions, crumbled bacon, grated cheese, croutons etc.
