      Easy Chocolate Mousse Filled Cups

      Pastry Cup Ingredients:



      • 24 wonton wrappers

      • 2 TBLS. Butter Melted

      • 3 TBLS. Sugar


      Heat oven to 300 degrees.
      Place individual wonton wrappers on wax paper, brush one side with butter.
      Sprinkle evenly with sugar. Press each wrapper, sugared side up into ungreased
      muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.


      Chocolate Mousse Ingredients:



      • 1 cup cold whipping cream

      • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

      • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

      • 1 tsp vanilla


      Beat 1 cup of cold
      whipping cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1 tsp of
      vanilla in bowl until stiff.


      Pipe or spoon mousse into
      cups. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
